Eonyang Charcoal Fire Wang Galbi

Eonyang Sutbul Wanggalbi is an old restaurant in Busan’s Sajik-dong that serves pork galbi grilled over charcoal. Marinated galbi comes with scallion salad, sirak-guk, rice, and side dishes. The restaurant has operated at the same location for 37 years. When it is not busy, the restaurant’s auntie grills the meat herself, and there is no parking lot.
