Dongnae Traditional Gomjangeo

Dongnae Jeontong Ggomjangeo is a traditional restaurant in Busan serving charcoal-grilled ggomjangeo with salt seasoning or sauce. San ggomjangeo is also available, and you can order the salt and seasoned versions half and half. The ggomjangeo is grilled over charcoal, which gives it a strong charcoal aroma. The interior retains the look of the restaurant from 40 years ago.
