Donghae Hoetjip is a hoe restaurant in Sajik Market in Dongnae-gu, Busan, serving raw fish with a spread of side dishes. The hoe is chewy and comes in large portions, and in autumn gizzard shad hoe is also available. The restaurant has wide seating and many private rooms, which suits family gatherings and group dinners. It sits deep inside the market, so it is not easy to reach.
