Bugwang Banjeom

Bukwang Banjeom is an old Chinese restaurant near Dongnae High School in Busan that serves choma myeon and tangsuyuk. The choma myeon, its signature dish, comes with noodles in a light broth containing seafood and vegetables, and the tangsuyuk is made in an old style with meat packed inside. Before the ordered food arrives, jjamppong broth is served at no charge, and the owner's flame show can be seen in the kitchen. On weekends, there are often lines.
