Mungtaegi

Mungtaegi is a restaurant in Busan serving beef and pork. The owner cuts the meat by hand and serves kkot-sal, galbi-sal, yukhoe, and yuk-sashimi. Before grilling the meat, eat yuk-sashimi and seonjit-guk, with kimchi stew and doenjang on the side. The meat is firm and chewy.
