Yeongbingwan

Yeongbingwan is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in central Donghae, serving whale meat and hoe (raw fish) as its main dishes. The hoe (raw fish) is served as a course, in the style of a Japanese restaurant. The rockfish (ureok) seaweed soup set also includes grilled fish, and the restaurant has been open for about 20 years. The area beside the central heater can be hot during meals.
