Jinmiok Seolleongtang in Dongducheon serves seolleongtang and suyuk jeongol jjim. The seolleongtang has a rich broth seasoned without added salt, with meat in it, and is eaten with baechu kimchi and kkakdugi. Water and mustard soy sauce are self-serve, and extra portions of rice or noodles come out quickly. The kkakdugi has only a mild sour taste and is less satisfying than before.
