Yukban Sanghoe

Yukbansanghoe in Seoul is a butcher-shop restaurant where you buy meat at the unmanned Meat Store and grill it at the table next to it. Thin cuts such as sachi-sal and saewoo-sal are grilled and cut by the diners themselves. Thick cuts such as deungsim and ansim are seared first, then cut and served. The meat is high in freshness and quality.
