Yetnal Bajirak Kalguksu

Old Barjirak Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Seoul that serves barjirak kalguksu and barjirak sujebi. The spicy, clear broth holds plenty of barjirak clams and comes with chewy hand-cut noodles and sujebi, along with geotjeori and kkakdugi. At lunchtime a wait forms, and customers write their name, party size, and menu in a notebook at the counter before waiting. Parking in front of the store fits about two or three cars, so parking is inconvenient during lunch.
