Old House Hanwoo Heopa is a second-generation restaurant in Seoul that has served heopa, yang, and sugure tang since 1993. The broth mixes heopa and sugure for a spicy, rich soup, finished with plenty of perilla leaf and fried rice. The dining room seats about six tables, so a wait of 20 minutes forms by 7 p.m. on weekdays. Side dishes are only cucumber muchim and pickled radish muchim, and there are no other menu items.
