Salmon Sarang is a salmon restaurant in Seoul. It serves salmon aburi sushi with soy-marinated shrimp, along with miyeokguk and side dishes. The salmon is not fishy and has a firm texture while staying soft. The steamed egg is served in a large portion and is soft.
