Wonborigol

Wonborigol is an old restaurant near Janghanpyeong Station in Seoul that serves barley naengmyeon and squid saengchae bulbaek. The squid saengchae bulbaek, seasoned with red pepper powder and chili oil, is the signature dish, and kongnamul guk comes with it. The squid saengchae bulbaek is stir-fried on a griddle for about five minutes, then mixed with rice or eaten as bokkeum bap, and gim garu must be requested separately from the owner. Even the regular level is spicy, so the heat is strong.
