Uri Kalguksu

Urikalguksu is a neighborhood restaurant in a Jangan-dong alley in Seoul that serves myeolchi kalguksu and sujebi. The noodles and sujebi come in an anchovy-based broth, with a sauce of soy sauce, cheongyang chili, and onion on the side. The kimchi is made in-house and a seasoned sauce is served alongside it. The space is small.
