Uil Sikdang

Uil Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves beef offcuts, samgyeopsal, and yuksashimi. Meat such as chuck flap and pork jowl is grilled with pa jeori, and mixed meat platters are also available. Pork jowl comes in 200g portions, and liver and cheonyeop are served at no charge. Orders must be placed in advance when the restaurant is busy, and the owner couple's manner is brusque.
