Toseongok is an old gukbap restaurant in the back of the herbal medicine street in Jegi-dong, Seoul, serving seolleongtang, galbitang, and doganitang. The galbitang uses pure galbi, and the menu also includes seonnongtang, kkori gomtang, and assorted suyuk, served with large kkakdugi and cabbage geotjeori. It opened in 1986 and has continued with soups and suyuk based on seolleongtang broth. During meal times, the sound of tables being cleared is loud.
