Suta Saenggogi

Suta Saenggogi is a Korean-style beef restaurant in Seoul serving beef and yukhoe (raw beef). The meat is aged using a web-aging process and is tender with no strong odor. The owner grills the meat at the table, and the doenjang jjigae has a cheonggukjang-like character. Naengmyeon (cold noodles) is also available, while the selection of side dishes is somewhat limited.
