Susanghan Makchang

Susanghan Makchang is a makchang restaurant in Seoul that serves salt-grilled makchang and seasoned makchang. The salt-grilled makchang is mild and free of odor, while the seasoned makchang is sweet like the tteok skewers sold in front of schools. Staff grill the makchang at the table, and doenjang rice can be ordered alongside. The perilla leaf, paechae, vegetables, and fried rice served with it are on the disappointing side.
