Sogung Black Goat Cuisine

Sogung Heukyeomso Yori is a restaurant in Seoul that serves heukyeomso tang, jeongol, suyuk, and samgyetang. The tang comes with soft meat that has no gamey smell and a ginger-shred sauce. The samgyetang takes longer than the other dishes, so it has to be ordered in advance. The suyuk portion is small and sits in a higher price range.
