Sinsoldon

Sinsoldon is a pork restaurant about a two-minute walk from Exit 4 of Sinseol-dong Station in Seoul. Staff grill the samgyeopsal, pork collar, and gabrisal at the table, and the meat is eaten with shrimp salt, wasabi, basil ssamjang, and side dishes. The meat is cooked so the outside is browned and the inside stays moist with fat and juices. The dining room has counter tables and room seating.
