Sinseol Hongeo Hoejip

Sinseol Hongeo Hoetjip is a long-standing skate fish restaurant in Seoul that serves dishes from Heuksando. The menu includes hongeo hoe as well as skate tripe, liver, and cartilage, and seasoned cuttlefish. The skate's pungent taste is mild and its flesh is firm.
