Seonil Haejangguk is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves seonji haejangguk and gopchang (grilled intestines) together. Its yang seonji haejangguk contains seonji, tripe, offal, bean sprouts and ugeoji, and the heat can be adjusted with chili oil or chili powder. The restaurant has operated since 2000, and from the morning it draws neighbourhood regulars and solo diners. Side dishes including kimchi and pickled vegetables are taken from a self-service bar, and rice and soup can be refilled.
