Roji Sushi

Nisshisushi is a small sushi restaurant near Sinimun Station in Seoul that serves Korean-style omakase and assorted sushi. The course includes sweet shrimp with uni, flounder fin, mackerel, and eel, along with appetizers such as braised octopus and fried oysters. The restaurant seats about eight people at a small L-shaped counter, and reservations fill up, so booking ahead is required. The sushi rice is on the sweet side and the seasoning of the sushi is strong.
