Pyongyang Naengmyeon Bonjeom is a naengmyeon restaurant near Cheongnyangni Station in Seoul that serves mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and hoe naengmyeon along with mandu, suyuk, and nokdujeon. The mul naengmyeon, its signature dish, comes with clear, mild broth topped with pear, cucumber strips, and buckwheat noodles. Noodles are boiled to order, so there is a wait of about 10 minutes after ordering, and diners are told not to cut the noodles. The broth has a strong soy sauce aroma and is on the salty side.
