Paldo Bindaetteok & Bossam

Paldo Bindae-tteok & Bossam is a jeon restaurant in Sinseol-dong, Seoul, that grills bindae-tteok, pajeon, and gamjajeon and serves them with makgeolli. The modum jeon and haemul pajeon are cooked on a large griddle as soon as they are ordered, and nokdu bindae-tteok is also on the menu. The gamjajeon has large grains that chew like hash browns, and the pajeon is cooked until crisp. The flavors are ordinary, so the food itself does not leave a strong impression.
