Osorok Dapsimni is a Korean restaurant in Dapsimni, Seoul, serving Jeju-style gogi-guksu, dombe-gogi and bibim-guksu. The gogi-guksu adds savoury depth to a bone broth and comes with chewy noodles and a generous topping of meat, while the bibim-guksu is sweet and nutty. On weekdays it fills up as soon as it opens for lunch, and ingredients have run out by 2 p.m. Parking is difficult.
