Mumyeong Sukiyaki

Mumyeong Sukiyaki is a restaurant in Seoul that serves Kanto-style sukiyaki. Diners dip cooked beef in raw egg, get refills of vegetables and egg, and finish with udon noodles. There are about six two-person tables, and a wait forms after 7 p.m. and on holidays. A highball on a two-person table leaves little room for the meal.
