Konban is a small restaurant on the first floor of the Dufel Center in Jangan-dong, Seoul, serving Japanese-style tonkatsu and curry. It cooks rosu katsu and hire katsu at low temperature for a tender texture, and the set meals come with rice and soup. To enter, you pass through a cafe and go to the restaurant door inside, and you take a waiting ticket at the front to hold your place in line. There are about ten seats, so the wait is long.
