King Sujae Mandu

King Suje Mandu is a dumpling restaurant near Sinseol-dong Station in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. It serves pan-fried dumplings with pork and shrimp, steamed dumplings, and mapo tofu over rice. The dumpling wrappers are thick, and the Chinese-style dumplings filled with pork and shrimp are the main menu item. The mapo tofu rice bowl has a strong huajiao aroma and numbing mala flavor with a large portion, while the shrimp dumplings have a mild shrimp taste.
