Jususa

Jususa is a sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves sushi topped with thick cuts of hoe. Each piece holds a large slice of raw fish, and the ratio leans heavily toward fish over rice. A fish and radish braise comes as a basic accompaniment, and the assorted sushi set is moderate in composition and portion. The fish is cut so thick and tough that it is uncomfortable to eat.
