Jinmichon

In Jegi-dong, Jinmichon is a neighborhood restaurant serving bone haejangguk, gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew), doenjang jjigae, and jeyuk bokkeum. Its gamjatang uses Canadian pork bones, and it also serves spicy kimchi noodles made with house-made yeolmu kimchi and dotori muk muchim with two-serving orders. Dakbokkeumtang must be ordered in advance, and the side dishes require extensive preparation. The bone haejangguk sells out after early lunch and is unavailable later.
