Jangan Kalguksu Bossam

Jangan Kalguksu, Bossam is a restaurant in the Janghanpyeong Station food alley in Jangan-dong, Seoul, serving bossam, kalguksu, and kaljebi. The bossam is boiled until tender and served with sweet cabbage wraps and geotjeori, followed by kalguksu with plenty of clams. All seating has been changed to chair seating, but shoes must be removed before entering, and the restroom is outside the shop. In the evening the restaurant draws many customers and is quite loud.
