Jangan-dong Matjip Uttuk Sogopchang

Uttuk Sogopchang is a Korean restaurant in Jangandong, Seoul, serving gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine). The owner grills each piece by hand and serves beef heart cooked until the outside is crisp. Orders of two or more dishes come with gopchang hot pot at no extra charge. The griddle keeps the food warm after the heat is turned off, and the final fried rice comes in a large portion.
