Ijo Gamjatang (Chueotang) in Seoul serves gamjatang, chueotang, and bone hangover soup. The deulkkae sujebi has a strong perilla seed aroma and the sujebi is cooked just right, while the bone hangover soup has a clear broth with plenty of bones and meat. It opens at around 9:30 a.m., sancho for the chueotang is added separately at the table, and the kimchi is made in-house from domestic ingredients. The gamjatang comes in a large portion and the meat on the bone hangover soup is soft and slips off easily.
