Hyeongodae Dakbal Main Branch

Hyeongodae Dakbal Main Branch is an old restaurant near Korea University that serves dakbal alongside dakgalbi and dwaeji galbi. The dakbal is reheated on a grill and comes with jumeokbap and janchi guksu. The interior shows traces of the restaurant's long history, and a large ttukbaegi gyeranjjim and noodles are served together. The dakbal is par-cooked first and then grilled again over a gas flame, so expecting charcoal fire is a letdown.
