Hongneung Jokbal

Hongneung Jokbal in Cheongnyangni is a jokbal restaurant that deep-fries boiled pig's trotters a second time. Its signature twigim jokbal has a crisp, chewy skin and is served with chili sauce. The restaurant has operated since 1977 and serves dongchimi broth, chives, and doenjang jjigae alongside the trotters, with its makguksu seasoning made in-house. The deep-fried trotters are oily and fill you up quickly.
