Hong Kong Junghwa Yori is a 40-year-old Chinese restaurant in Jegi-dong, Seoul. It serves denppura, nanjawansu, and tangsuyuk, and the denppura is eaten dipped in pepper and salt. The ganjjajang comes with egg and cucumber on top and finely stir-fried vegetables, and the noodles have a good texture from well-made dough. It takes about 8 minutes on foot from Jegi-dong Station Exit 2, so access is inconvenient.
