Heopa Sikdang

Heopa Sikdang is a restaurant in Seoul that serves only one dish: soheopa jeongol, a hot pot made with beef lung. The broth is seasoned with garlic and green onion and comes with chewy beef lung, and diners can add ramyeon, udon, or tteok as extra ingredients. The restaurant was featured on Baek Jong-won's Top 3 Chef King, and the usual way to eat is to finish the jeongol and then fry bokkeumbap in the remaining broth. There can be a wait in the early evening.
