Gyubeom Gopchang

Gyubeom Gopchang is a restaurant near Hoegi and Kyung Hee University in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, serving gopchang (grilled intestines) and makchang (beef abomasum). The teriyaki makchang and vegetable gopchang are cooked before serving and can be eaten right away. A pan of bokkeumbap comes with the meal, and the gopchang has little fishy smell. There is a wait even on weekday evenings, so sitting down immediately is difficult.
