Gyeongdong Hamheung Naengmyeon is a Hamheung-style naengmyeon restaurant inside Gyeongdong Market in Jegi-dong, Seoul, serving mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and hoe naengmyeon. The hoe naengmyeon is the item most often recommended, and the noodles are thin, bluish, and chewy. Noodles are pulled and boiled to order.
