Gugsujib

Guksujip is a noodle restaurant in Seoul that serves gogi-guksu. The gogi-guksu comes with pieces of meat large and plentiful enough that meat remains after the noodles are finished. The space seats around ten at tables, so it is small and there can be a wait at lunchtime. Because the noodles are boiled after the order is taken, the food takes some time to arrive.
