Foresti serves brunch in Seoul, centered on panini. It serves grilled eggplant, mozzarella and tomato, chicken, and cheese and arugula panini warm and crisp. The restaurant is relatively quiet at 10 a.m., becomes busy from 11 a.m., and has a wait of about 15 minutes around noon; a restroom is available inside. It closes at 3 p.m., and the panini sell out if you arrive late.
