Dok is a restaurant in Cheongnyangni, Seoul, that sells meat centered on a single dish, jopok bulgogi. The owner grills thick cuts of meat and serves them with seaweed, ssammu, and sauce. The menu includes ice-cold soju, kimchi-mali cold noodles, and cheese steamed egg, with long tables set toward the back. The space is somewhat cramped.
