Dapsimni Byeolmi

Dapsimni Byeolmi is a noodle shop in Dapsimni, Seoul, serving seoritae kongguksu and mandu. The kongguksu uses domestic seoritae ground in-house into a thick broth, with somyeon noodles and kimchi served alongside. The kongguksu broth is available for takeout, and in summer it is thick enough that it sells out for anyone arriving late.
