Chuncheon Naengmyeon

Chuncheon Naengmyeon is a spicy naengmyeon restaurant across from Halmeoni Naengmyeon in the naengmyeon alley of Cheongnyangni Market in Seoul. Even the regular spice level is hot enough to numb the mouth, and meat dumplings can be ordered alongside. Spice levels can be adjusted and extra-large portions are available, and for bibim naengmyeon the hot broth is mixed in first before cold broth is poured over. The restaurant is inside the market, so the facilities should be taken as they are.
