Cheongnyangni Hamheung Naengmyeon

Cheongnyangni Hamheung Naengmyeon is a Hamheung-style cold noodle shop near Cheongnyangni Halmeoni Naengmyeon in Seoul that serves bibim naengmyeon and hoe naengmyeon. The noodles are thin and chewy, made in-house, and topped only with radish and cucumber to keep the texture of the noodles intact. To make the dish spicy, you can ask for the seasoning sauce on the side when ordering, and hot broth comes with it. Potato dumplings are also available as a side dish.
