Buja Sundaeguk

Bujasundae Guk is a neighborhood Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves sundae guk. Ordering sundae guk brings a small side of pork head meat and liver to taste alongside it. At the table, you grind raw garlic yourself with the grinder and add daddagi and perilla seed powder. After the meal, the smell of pork can linger on your clothes.
