Buheung Sanghoe

Buheung Sanghoe sits at the entrance of Cheongnyangni Market in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, selling sundae, pork head meat, and offal such as gopchang and heart. The intestines are cleaned well, so they carry less odor, and gopchang can be bought in generous portions. The sundae soup is made with onion and cheongyang chili, and the kimchi and kkakdugi are not salty. Sundae, gopchang, and offal like heart can also be purchased separately.
