Boseongjang

Boseongjang is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves ojingeo bulbaek and grilled samchi. It sits across from the main gate of the University of Seoul, a ten-minute walk from Cheongnyangni Station. The ojingeo bulbaek, the signature dish, comes with plump squid and dolsotbap. Water is poured into the dolsotbap so the scorched rice can be eaten, and the owner does the cooking.
