Bonga Kalguksu Dak Hanmari

Bonga Kalguksu Dakh Hanmari is a long-standing dak hanmari restaurant in Jangan-dong, Seoul, serving dak hanmari, dak doritang, bori bap, and dak kalguksu. The dak hanmari is boiled in a rich broth without gamey smell, and the kalguksu noodles are kneaded on the spot and pulled by hand, with a fairly spicy dipping sauce. Ordering kalguksu brings a small portion of bori bap to mix with gang doenjang, and most tables are in seated floor rooms. Dishes are cooked to order, so food tends to come out slowly.
