Sindo Kalguksu Main Branch

Sindokalguksu Bonjeom is a kalguksu restaurant near Daejeon Station. Its signature kalguksu uses a broth simmered with sagol and anchovies, with deulkkae powder added, and the taste changes when you mix in the pa yangnyeomjang. On weekend lunchtimes the wait can run about 20 minutes, though customers tend to clear out quickly. The alley is narrow, so parking is difficult.
